Good morning
I’m away at my mum’s at the coast for four days. I have big decisions to make about work. The job I’m in is steady and it’s fairly well paid (if I get the bonus at the end of the year). However it’s super demanding and the shifts are hard. There’s an also something I can’t put my finger on about the company culture that I don’t really like. I have a first interview with a small business this morning. They’ve given signs that they really like me and I’ve got nothing but good vibes from the person interviewing me. I’m leaning towards taking the job if I’m offered it. It’s also a promotion in job role if not massively in pay. There’s job advert also used the phrase “hit the ground running” which is the same as the best job I ever had. Is it silly to go on that? Today we’re going to a local town. Thursday is market day and we’re also taking stuff to the charity shops. I’ve had an absolutely great time with my mum this week. I made rolls yesterday. We went for a 5km walk on Tuesday.
