Same shit different day.  I've got a marrow downstairs to pickle.  Not as in chutney, but slices.  It's supposed to be courgette but it's quite a sweet pickle so I think marrow could work.  Who would have thought that (moving towards) self-sufficiency was so much work.  Love the fact that I'm stuck in the middle (on the edge actually) of a concrete housing estate, practising skills for living off grid.  Fake it till you make it or something.
