Training

So, my little sister (she of the sporting prowess although to be fair that's basically both of them, anyway the littlest one) did me a training program.  2 x 40 lengths (1k), and one long swim, building up to 5k, each week.  I'm on track although I still haven't done last weeks long (1500m) swim.  I'm planning to do that tomorrow.

I went gardening today instead.  My feet are still cold.  Nothing else is happening.
