Liver

So, no pigs head.  Pigs don't get killed on a bank holiday (who knew).  In secret, I was kind of relieved.  So we are having, cockles and winkles (collected by my mum), followed by samphire (collected by us both), followed by liver, bacon and onions.  The onions are cooking at the moment.  Honestly, I am going to roll home at the end of this week.
