Hope you're ok. I'm fine. The outdoor pool is open for the summer, had a great swim today, it was even pretty warm. Nothing else much. I'm gutted about the election result. Didn't see it coming either. Five more years. This nation, whatever countries it's made up of by then, will be on its knees by the time we vote again.
