The Cookery Pages

I quite often have family round to eat on Friday and I always struggle with what to make. The ingredients cost a lot and it takes hours to cook. I am trying to learn to cook Indian and East Asian cuisine but some people are fussy and won’t like it. I had the great idea of starting to always cook pasta as all my friends and family like pasta plus it’s easy and the ingredients are cheap. Anyway the world had the last laugh on me because I bought a comprehensive Italian cookbook. When it arrived it was the size of a doorstop.
