Better

I was feeling a bit shit because I was so tired but I did some good daytime napping today and now I’m having pesto and spaghetti for my dinner. I cycled out to collect something off the free app which I have done for the last three days. Three for three. This week’s focus is getting in shape. I found the Fitbit my sister gave me and managed to work out how to book a cold water swim. Meanwhile the cold and the dark swirl outside. I’m also sparing a thought for those out in this.

The pesto was nut free by the way. It’s not bad.
