Chickpea tomato and bread soup

Made this tonight, it was yums. (Recipe link below) All these yummy recipes are coming from a book that came free with the Guardian this week. Anyway I highly recommend giving it a go. No other news really. Bank holiday weekend up ahead and my co-worker is on holiday which means that I'm doing long hours as well as covering her to do the pub quiz on Sunday. I'm nervous already. But things are generally good.
