Ways to be cheerful

Yeah, my mood has been a bit off following the white wine binge of two weeks ago. Anyway yesterday I invented a great way to cheer myself up, partly inspired by some CBT I had a long time ago. When I feel negative and am having negative thoughts, I think of as many good things as I can about the person or thing I feel negative about. I was at work yesterday and I felt really shit, anyway I thought of a load of good things about my boss, and then I felt a million times better. Try it, it works!
