Time for some goals

1.  Never drink again.
2.  Drink one cup of coffee a day.
3.  Do loads of exercise.
4.  Get happy.

They're all pretty bog standard goals (we've been here before let's just say) except the last one, which is difficult.  Before, it was all about things not going wrong, and now it's about making things go right.  Before I've always been happy by accident. 

I've had a bit of a difficult time over the last year though, for one reason and another though.

I'm watching the Olympics.  Omnium cycling, whatever that is.  I'm not that bothered about the Olympics, but it is good to see some proper cycling on the tv.   Also, I need a new bike.
