I'm watching My Tasty Travels with Lynda Bellingham. France? India? No, today we're in exotic Plymouth. It's actually quite good. I do like a nice bit of low budget afternoon tv.
I'm going out to meet a friend later for a drink. I don't know whether to eat before or after. Before probably as I'm already hungry. Cheese omelette, saute potatoes and chicory salad today. I've given up eating mayonnaise, I'm doing really well. Also I haven't smoked for ages.
