Kedgeree

I made kedgeree for dinner tonight.  It was lovely.  I worked from this recipe.

I have some leftover for lunch tomorrow.  I'm listening to Aphex Twin at the moment.  Aural beta blockers.  I don't know why I've never got into that sort of stuff before.  God knows I need it.  And I'm staying off the internet (apart from blogging.  Blogging doesn't count.)
