Fashion schmashion

Ladies - Folk and shiny leggings.  Channel Adele, basically.  The coolest person in the world is the girl from the tv show, Girls, and the best film is Frances Ha.  It has two cool main characters too, so you and your best friend can get a look each.

Men - if you look like you could have been in the Specials (the band, not the volunteer policemen), or a sexy farmer, you can't go far wrong.  Maybe don't mix both looks at once though.

Sorry it's short this season.  Spring is on the way.  Anyway, short is good, because it'll give you less inspiration to go out and spend money.  The biggest trend of all this season is remodelling and remixing your existing wardrobe.  Austerity etc, plus it's good for the environment.  Remember when you were a student, and somehow you always had enough money to spend £90 on a Levi's dress (could have just been me)?  If you buy less tat, you'll feel like that again. Or get out a massive loan three times a year.  The first option is the more prudent one though.

Knitting and sewing are still theoretically big.  Stick at it.   Jewellery making, as ever, is on the cusp of being massive.  Always the bridesmaid.
