Monday evening

Having a massive cook-up for the week ahead.  Just got started on some stewed apple, going to make bubble and squeak, leeks in vinagrette and maybe some babaganoush (I love the stuff).  Somehow, if I have a fridge full of tasty but good-for-you stuff, I eat better than if I don't.

In other news, kippers in brine = not nice.  Boak :-)
