I'm just chilling with a cup of coffee before work. I've done some food shopping and made a to-list in action towards my continual quest to become a fully functioning adult. Pleasingly I also ticked quite a few things off my to-do list. I saw a great band last night called Lanterns on the Lake. Beautiful noise. I wasn't bored at all, that's kind of my yardstick of whether a gig is good because sometimes even if the band is good I get a tiny bit bored. Also I've got a new Gillian Welch album of bootlegs and stuff. Most of the songs are pretty similar so if you've got the originals as I have it's just nice to have it for completeness. But one or two of the songs are just incredible. I recommend it especially if you don't have the original Revival album.
