Children's rhyme

No poetry from me recently (it seems that alcohol aids the production of poetry) but here's a clapping rhyme which my niece learnt in the playground. I really like it.

Ip dip doo
Cat got flu
Dog got chicken-pox
Out go you.

She told me it at the height of the swine-flu hysteria last year, but I'm not sure if it's new or old. New to me, anyway.
