Josie Long was great last night.  It was funny and inspiring and it made me think again about what's important to me and what I care about.  Doing some washing now and watching Cowboy Builders.  I hope they go and confront the guys at the end.  Working tonight and all weekend.

Still struggling with this cough and feeling a bit weak from fasting yesterday morning.  Need to get looking after myself a bit better.
