Alternative careers
I was thinking about alternative careers today and I have decided that if I ever need to do something different, I'm either going to run a pub or be a drug dealer. Maybe I'll combine the two.
When I was unemployed a couple of years ago and I had basically totally lost hope, I seriously considered drug smuggling. I didn't have a driving licence though, and I was pretty sure that the economics of it weren't all that great. Plus the occupational hazard of prison made it less attractive even than crying in the job centre once a fortnight. Ah well, all's well that ends well.
