Pump up the volume

I'm feeling a bit bleugh due to the terrible news from the middle east and PCC elections.  Policing by consent indeed.  That's a wry observation, not an endorsement.  Anyway, I need some focus.  When I move I'm going to start exercising again, I think.  Also making things, or crafting, as it's more pretentiously known.
