Off to hang with my mate for the day, allotment time and probably doing a few errands in her van.  Then a roast chicken for dinner.  Free range from the butchers, natch.  I was a bit floored by how much it cost but then I started to think, how can you get a £3 chicken in the supermarket.  You know?  I'll try and take some pictures.
