I don't think I ever put up a picture of the preserved lemons in oil I made. They are so good, they really add a lovely fresh lemon flavour to any dish. I'm going to give a jar to a Greek lady at work who gave me a velvet scrunchie she made. It’s very nice and scrunchies might be fashionable but I somehow don't see myself wearing it. Maybe to work. Pickling is going well this year. Not sure if I said I made pickled onions (well shallots actually) but they are spicy hot and really nice. I have 3 massive jars left. Shout if you want one ;-)
