Healthy living

I'm starting another pointless and probably short-lived healthy living kick. This amounts to one cup of coffee a day, no booze and one swim a day (not sure if this is practical but that is my goal). I walked an hour and a half this morning and swam this afternoon and I'm now enjoying fennel tea so it's going well so far. I'm actually quite unfit and gaining weight so this needs to be done. I'll see how I'm doing in a week. Rahhhh.
