Asparagus soup
It's asparagus season again and as I was looking round the market today for inspiration I saw them. I was going to have them steamed and ended up making this soup from Delia Online. It was absolutely lovely and is a really nice way to have asparagus, even better than steamed I think.

College was good again today, there were some new people and we wrote a poem. Mine was hardly Emily Dickinson though, so I'm not going to share it. See, I told you my blog had turned out more food than poetry.
