Jeepers creepers

Really really bad headache. I think it might be to do with the two proper coffees I had at the weekend. I might have to accept that I just can't touch the stuff. Also I have a cold/ sinus infection. Night of crap tv for me. On the plus side I've been feeling quite low for a while and just over the past few days have started feeling a lot lot better. So that's good.
