In fact I've had a pretty good weekend. I've been bopping round the pub in a kind of "grandma at the wedding" style. Someone who I really get on with has come back to work and our pub is a real summer pub so things are really starting to kick off after a bit of a quiet winter. Unfortunately the lovely chef has handed his notice in, but you can't have everything.
