Lovely swim

Just been for a lovely swim. Also I had polenta for the first time yesterday, it was delicious. Went to London today to see the David Hockney exhibition. It was good. Been thinking about making some changes.

Sorry this is all just blah blah boring day to day at the moment. But the personal is political, you know? :-)
