Lets just say.....

That just because you don't drink for a year doesn't mean you don't still have an alcohol problem.  It'll be at least a year before I touch another drop.  I feel atrocious although I have just had a fried egg sandwich which has taken the edge off a bit.  I feel so bad that I have been googling green communities because I feel like going and living in a commune.  I do need to do more gardening actually.
