My hastily planned lesson on CVs didn't last the full time, so I made them conjugate verbs for half an hour. We did play a past participles game too. But there was a lot of conjugating. Actually, although probably completely against best practice, it was very useful because it gave me a really good sense of where my students are at. Mostly, needing a lot of practice...
