Gasland and a sinus infection

I'm watching Gasland, it's really good. I need to get more radical. Also I have a sinus infection, and I did a nasal steam bath. In the absence of anything better I put cloves in it. Clove oil is antiseptic, I think. It's really helped. I've cleaned the house and tidied my room. It looks better, as usual.
