OMG

I think I might have found the solution to my ongoing sleep difficulties. I've tried eating more, and later, dinner (I usually eat about 5pm when I get home from work) and for the first time in ages I feel properly tired this evening. I know that when I'm really hungry I can't get off to sleep, but I recently started suspecting that I'm always a bit hungry by late evening, and that's what's keeping me awake. If that is the case I'll be simultaneously delighted and annoyed, because it would be such a simple solution to something that's been bothering me quite badly for over a year.
