Pickling

I love pickling. I did a load of beetroot today. Here's a picture. Also a picture of my cupboard in the kitchen. It's my favourite thing about my new house. I have a lot of kitchen stuff. Yeah, yeah I know, it probably says something about my slightly warped relationship with food :-)
