Meh. I can't get excited about this, except to say that everything which I have seen supports my theory that the run up to war was a very muddled time. As to whether cabinet and the country were mislead I think that's largely a matter of semantics. I tend to the view that you should never attribute to malice something that can be explained by imcompetence, and I think that this was the case with the Iraq war.
